At Carib Health, we take great pride in offering high-quality Sea Moss products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Non-Returnable Products
For your convenience, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
Perishable items (including Sea Moss and other consumables)
Custom or personalized orders
Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at contact@caribhealth.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.
